Returns

Eligibility: You may return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Process: Contact us at [support@gbyultra.com] with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Warranty

1-Year Coverage: All GBY Ultralight gear is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered: Seams, zippers, straps, and other functional components that fail under normal use.

What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or cosmetic issues that don’t affect function.

Warranty Claims: Email [sales@gbyultra.com] with photos of the defect and your order details. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
